How Our Plan Works

Members pay an annual membership fee and then pay a discounted procedural fee at the time of service. These fees are discounted below usual and customary rates. Treatment beyond what's covered in your plan is discounted 20% (excluding dental products and devices).

A household of five has a membership fee of $625 per year — and saves over $2,500 on routine care alone.

All plans are non-refundable. Plans renew annually.

Plan Notes

  • A cancelled or missed appointment will VOID the contract. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling.
  • 12 monthly payments available through Care Credit for qualifying applicants.
  • All plans are non-refundable and renew annually. The NUVO Plan is not insurance — it is an in-house dental savings membership.
